Dear Parents/Guardians,
In support of the kindergarten students' gradual entry to school, please review the following timeline.
Below the timeline are links to letters including additional information on the gradual entry goals and process.
Kindergarten Gradual Entry Timeline
Tuesday, September 3, 2024
Year 1 (JK) - No school.
Year 2 (SK) - Students at school for their 15-minute appointment time only.
Wednesday, September 4, 2024
Year 1 - Only students with appointment times at school with their parents for their scheduled 15-minute visit. The first day of school for these students is Thursday, September 5th, 2024
Year 2 - All student in class.
Thursday, September 5, 2024
Year 1 - Orientation appointments continue. These students come to school with their parents for their scheduled 15-minute visit. The first day of school for these students is Friday, September 6th, 2024.
Year 2 - All students in class.
Friday, September 6, 2024

Additional Information on the Gradual Entry Process for Fall 2024
First Year or Junior Kindergarten Students - LUK Kindergarten Orientation Letter 2024 (Year 1)
Second Year or Senior Kindergarten Students - LUK Kindergarten Screening Parent Letter 2024 (Year 2)
Register throughout the summer. School starts on Tuesday, September 3.
